Brief

• Put together a design proposal for a commercial office (including the facade) from an existing building.

• Create a new precinct for work spaces with rentable share space for startup economies and knowledge sharing innovators.

• The aim is to foster the creative relationships between people and reflect the fresh, innovative identity of the firm.

• The overall working practices are egalitarian.

• The entire facility should encourage easy and interesting circulation, target innovative practice, sustainable outcomes, green star ratings and ethical development to provide a unique experiential workplace.
